Over baked Conchas!

I haven't bought them in quite some time now, but today I decided to get one or two for my birthday. I went to the HEB on West Ave and Blanco Rd. As I walked up to the case, I realized why I hadn't had in for quite some time now. This store always has overbaked Conchas and on their way to being burnt! What the heck is up with that? This is why I stopped buying them. I used to buy them on a regular basis. I've picked up a few from the Alon HEB on occassion, but then totally stopped buying them. I don't understand how they can continue to put them out for sale and why the Mgr doesn't get with with the people in charge of baking them to stop overbaking them! Geesh! It's totally frustrating!
