YouTube allows you to add ads for adults if the creator allows them. Normally most don’t use it.
Ive seen ads use porn for games and vchat aps, nothing new

You get the ads based on what your activity on google is. So I guess you are single and you downloaded something like tinder or grinder. Or you registred on some hookup site. Weirdly enough I have never gotten ads like this.
