it’s weird how many meanings concha has depending on the spanish speaking country
if you wanted to give someone a concha in argentina you’d get weird looks for one
they still look tasty and cute af!!! to me it looks like you might’ve not kneaded the dough long enough or shaped them properly, maybe that’ll help next time 🙂

Hey, don’t feel too bad about! I’ve baked professionally, and when I tried my hand at conchas while in culinary school 10 years ago, I messed up the topping too. I haven’t tried again since, but I want to cause conchas are yum! 😋
