Probably, even though she isn’t struggling to get out of your hands if probably isn’t her favourite thing, plus it’s not very good to hold hamsters and other animals like this without supporting their bums/back end as it can cause spinal problems.

My daughter does this to my hamster. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by it, but it frustrates the heck out of me.
She’s probably not thrilled, but she’s a good sport and it doesn’t hurt her. Try not to do it anymore, though.
I know you don’t mean to, but this could damage her spine even though you are doing it gently.
Please don’t do this anything. I’ve witnessed rodents have breaks due to stuff like this from young children. (I work with a rescue)

Your hamster loves and trusts you, so shes putting up with something a prey animal definitely wouldnt feel comfortable with. Dont take advantage of her trust, her comfort matters.

I don’t know why I’m in the hamster subreddit but I’m going to take a guess and say she wouldn’t be too fond of it. Small animals (like my cockatiels) usually don’t like having big hands wrapped around them.
