Really great job. Getting the cookie topping to bake properly is difficult, but you certainly nailed it in the second attempt. While I’ve never made conch as before, I love making pineapple buns which are incredibly similar, but have some added tangzhong in the dough.

Your conchas turned out beautiful! I鈥檓 curious – what did you use for the lovely green & pink colors? I saved the KA recipe but I think based on your pictures and post, I鈥檓 switching switching gears and trying the recipe you shared instead.
