I suspect this is the accurate story. And the second surgery probably means getting the stoma removed. I do wonder if she’s out of the country getting treatment. Either Germany or Houston

This is probably right. I think her health is getting really bad and she’s not recovering like they thought she would. I mean, this happens with cancer all the time. I really feel for the kids right now.

Treatment could be a a prolonged course of intravenous antibiotics, if the coma was induced due to sepsis or a severe post-op infection. Or: if Kensington Palace was telling half-truths in the cancer video, she could indeed be undergoing adjuvant therapy (chemo/radiation) to address any residual cancer cells and reduce the risk of recurrence. That treatment typically spans several months and would align with the August end date…
Surgery… maybe remove lymph nodes or other tissues to ensure complete cancer removal? Partic if follow-up imaging revealed cancerous growths. Although it is dicey performing surgery on a coma patient.
