I made conchas over the weekend
I’d love to see a cross section of this. I’ve made a conchas a few times from at least two *very* different recipes. One where the bread was like a very airy dinner roll, and another where it was denser and sweeter with a crumb closer to some cakes. What was yours like?
Fun fact: Concha means Shell in Spanish but in some Latin American countries it means “Pussy”.
