Hey there! I'm a big fan of baking, and one of my favorite things to make is conchas/ Mexican sweet bread. What started as a hobby quickly turned into something more when I started sharing my homemade conchas with my neighbors and received a lot of compliments. Soon enough, I started taking orders during my free time, and before I knew it, I was running a home bakery in San Antonio, Texas! ❤️
Now, I offer a range of gourmet conchas, including flavored, custom or decorative varieties, as well as conchas bouquets. 💐It's been an incredible journey so far, and I love that I get to do what I'm passionate about.☺️

These are adorable. I don’t mind conchas, they’re not my go-to snack, but my mom and grandma (who’s coming to live with my mom soon) LOVE them. We get them fresh from a little panaderia and carniceria down the road from us, but I’ve been wanting to try to make them from scratch (though I imagine they don’t get much better than fresh baked from our local store, and it’s supporting a local family). This is a reminder for me to try though!

Note though, Conchas are only one type of pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) and the most well known. There are several dozen types of pan dulces.
